We will generally only process this information with your explicit consent or if you have made it public. In all cases, we will generally keep your personal data for so long as you take part in a production and for a period afterwards.

Legal Grounds for Processing
As a television production company, our legal grounds for processing your data will depend on the circumstances. In most cases, we will use your information in the performance of our contract with you, and may also have a legitimate interest in processing images of your likeness and voice for use in our programs.

Agreed Contributions
We typically use your information in accordance with our agreement with you. This may include images of your likeness and recordings of your voice for use in our productions.

Vox Pop Contributions
For vox pop contributions, we will generally ask you to sign a consent form or give us recorded verbal consent giving us permission to use your personal data, including in our productions. We will continue to keep your personal data for internal purposes as it is in our legitimate business interests to do so.

Open Filming with Filming Notices
When we film in public places or with permission, we have a legitimate interest in processing your personal data in the form of images of your likeness and voice. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of filming. If you have any concerns about being filmed, please let us know.

Data Retention
We will generally retain your personal data for as long as you participate in a production and for a period afterwards.

Transfer of Data Outside the EEA
In some cases, we may transfer your personal data outside the EEA to members of our group or processors in the US or other jurisdictions where we are established. If you are featured in a production, data constituting your performance may be transferred for distribution and marketing purposes.

If you reach out to us about participating in one of our productions, for example through an advertisement or other Zandland communication, we may collect your personal information.

We may use your personal information to evaluate your eligibility for casting in one of our productions. Please let us know if your contact information changes or if you no longer wish to be considered for casting in our productions.

We will only share your personal information with our production teams, colleagues at Zandland Ltd, and the broadcaster or financier of any of our productions, as well as any agents involved in casting and producing our productions.
